• How do I return my item?

We understand mistakes happen. We will gladly accept your return.

Just email us using the "Contact US" form.

You will have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back.

Tracking number is required.

The item must be carefully wrapped exactly as you received the package.

All original packaging must be included.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

Insurance must be purchased.

In the event the item is returned damaged, the buyer must make a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement.

Refunds will not be issued for damaged items returned.

If you received free or flat rate shipping with your purchase, those shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount.
