  • When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order ship date will be noted on each pre-order listing.

  • How do you come up with shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on weight & dimensions, through USPS.

  • I received my item damaged?

Notify us with in two days of receiving your order. Submit photos of the damaged organizer along with a brief description to acrylicmakeuporganizers@gmail.com. Do not throw away the shipping carton and packaging. Once you have submitted your claim a replacement part will be shipped. Claims after two days will not be granted.

  • How to care for your acrylic?

Cleaning your acrylic makeup organizer is easy. You can use a soft dry cloth and just wipe down. For some extra love, use Novus cleaner 1,2,&3 with a soft dry cloth.

Do Not use any harsh cleansers and abrasive sponges. This can weaken the acrylic and may cause it to thin and/or crack.

  • Are there imperfections with acrylic?

Although rare, air bubbles, glue residue, some hazing may occur during fabrication. Due to the nature of the material these are beyond our control. We do try to minimize this where we can, especially in the front of the organizer.
