Shipping is Monday through Friday unless it's a holiday. During the holiday season we do ship on Saturdays.
- How long will it take to process my order?
Processing your order can take 1-5 business days.
We currently ship all items via USPS Priority Mail. Deliveries are normally 1-3 days once shipped. This is not a guarantee when your package will be delivered.
Shipping notifications are sent to the email address on file. Please track your packages. Tracking numbers may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
- My package says delivered?
We ship to the address on file. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your package may be left at your front door by USPS if no one is available. We do not replace or issue refunds for packages marked delivered. You must notify USPS www.usps.com or 800-ASK-USPS
If your order is returned due to incorrect address or refused delivery, shipping charges will be deducted from your order.
We understand mistakes happen. We will gladly accept your return.

You will have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back.
Tracking number is required.
The item must be carefully wrapped exactly as you received the package.
All original packaging must be included.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
Insurance must be purchased.
In the event the item is returned damaged, the buyer must make a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement.
Refunds will not be issued for damaged items returned.
If you received free or flat rate shipping with your purchase, those shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount.
